Pioneer of Electric Blow Molding Machine
Since 1961, Tahara has been providing blow molding machines that satisfy our customers’ needs. In 1983, we introduced our multi-layer molding machine to the market. In 1993, we introduced the first electric blow molding machine to the world.
As the pioneers of manufacturing electric blow molding machines, we have developed extensive experience, knowledge and technology since 1993. We are proud to provide the state-of-the-art blow molding machines to our customers all over the world.

Stable Molding of High Quality Products
Our innovative team of professional engineers works together to design machines that deliver high quality plastic containers to our customers. Our proprietary technologies ensure the performance of our blow molding machines such as Parting Line Maintaining Mechanism (patented) that prevents the parting line from moving, Calibrator Height Adjustment Mechanism (patented) that automatically adjusts the cutting positions of blow pins and calibrating force, etc. We will continue to challenge ourselves to develop new technologies to manufacture machines with higher performance.

Improving Work Environment and Productivity
Tahara is engaged in improving our customers’ work environment. Electric servomotors are used to drive all of our blow molding machines. If you were to compare our electric blow molding machines to the ones of other manufacturers, you would see that our machines keep your factory very clean and quiet. Also, there is no need to stop our machines when you set up or change molding conditions. This leads to higher productivity rate.
Environmentally Friendly
Why don't you use Tahara's environmentally friendly machines? The greatest advantage of fully electric molding machine is the remarkable reduction of energy consumption. The electricity needed for molding one bottle is 60% less than our conventional hydraulic machines. This drastic reduction is achieved by running motors only when they are needed, shortening molding cycle and decreasing the defective product rate. Furthermore, by using recycled materials for regrind layer, multi-layer molding machines use a lot less resin. Tahara’s challenge for protecting the environment never ends.
